– Having been informed of the provisions of Articles 12–17 of Law No. 133/2011, I consent to Iute Credit processing my personal data for marketing purposes, carrying out personal data processing operations within Iute Group AS, as well as in cooperation with the Company’s partners who ensure an adequate level of personal data protection. This includes the transmission of commercial information via SMS to the mobile phone number specified in this contract regarding various promotions, service offers and marketing activities, provided that all legal safeguards and protections of my fundamental rights and freedoms as a Client are respected.
– I confirm that I have accurately declared my status as a “politically exposed person”, “family member of a politically exposed person”, or “person known to be a close associate, both professionally and socially, of politically exposed persons”, in accordance with the definitions published on the Company’s official website. I undertake to immediately inform the Creditor if this status changes.
– I acknowledge that the Creditor has the right to verify the authenticity of the information submitted or provided by me for the purpose of fulfilling the contract and/or contractual relationships, and to disclose information about me as a Client and my credit history. This includes the collection, recording, organisation, retention, storage, restoration, adaptation or modification, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, cross-border transfer (including, but not limited to, AS IuteCredit Europe in Estonia and SIA Mintos Finance in Latvia), publication, distribution, attachment or combination, blocking, deletion or omission of personal data relating to me, to one or more credit bureaus, banks, debt collection companies, creditors or other similar entities.
– I acknowledge that the Creditor has the right to access, process, manage, verify, update, publish, transfer abroad and collect my personal data, including my personal identification number (IDNP), surname, first name, father’s first name, gender, citizenship, date and place of birth, image (photograph), marital status, geographical location data, personal data of family members, economic and financial status, information about movable and immovable property, permanent or temporary residential address, banking details, signature, contact details (landline number, mobile phone number, email address), pension file number, personal social insurance code, medical insurance code, profession and place of employment, educational and professional qualifications (diplomas, studies), and physical characteristics, as requested by the Creditor for the fulfilment of contractual obligations.
– I understand and agree that the Creditor may refuse to grant a loan or provide other services related to granting a loan without being obliged to explain the reasons for such a decision.
– I confirm that I am the ultimate beneficiary of the loan and that the data and information provided are accurate and up to date, consistent with the stated purpose and nature of the business relationship.
Consent to the processing of personal data for direct marketing purposes
– I, as the Client, hereby consent to the processing of my personal data by the Creditor for direct marketing purposes.
– The Creditor has the right to use my personal data to send commercial information via SMS to the mobile phone number specified in this contract, including information about various promotions, service offers and marketing activities.
– I, as the Client, may withdraw this consent at any time. The withdrawal must be submitted in writing. If I, as the Client, have outstanding loan agreements that have not been fully performed by the Parties, the withdrawal of this consent shall not affect the Creditor’s right to continue collecting, storing and processing my personal data until all loan agreements have been fully and properly fulfilled by the Parties.
– I acknowledge that the Creditor has the right to transfer to insurance companies the personal data necessary for inclusion in insurance policies and for the assessment, conclusion, execution or termination of insurance contracts, even if such personal data is not included in the insurance application, insurance contract or documents attached thereto.
