iutePlus rewards you with Plus Points, which you earn when you take out a loan, pay your installments on time, purchase insurance, use Myiute app, use iute ATMs, or participate in special campaigns. Plus Points turn into real rewards that you can use for payments with our partners, so that every step you take with iute brings you value in a simple and advantageous way.
Through the Myiute app, you have quick access to the program: you can check your Plus Points balance and usage options at any time, and be the first to learn about special offers and campaigns.

How do you check your Plus Points balance and how can you use them?
Sign in to Myiute
Sign in to the Myiute app. If you're not an iute customer, download the Myiute app and sign up.
Go to the Loyalty Program dashboard
It's located next to your name. Here you can manage your Plus Points and view your rewards and active campaigns.
Convert your Plus Points into gift cards.
Easily convert Plus Points into vouchers right from the app. Each Plus Point is worth 1 Leu.
Use your vouchers when shopping
Once you receive the voucher, you can use it at our partner store, SuperMart, and enjoy your rewards.
Track redeemed vouchers
Go to the "Redeemed Vouchers" section to view your history of redeemed rewards.

1. How can I join the iutePlus loyalty program?
Anyone can join the iutePlus loyalty program! Download Myiute app and sign up to become a member. To start earning points, you need to make transactions that earn you points (see the Active Campaigns section).
All iute customers will be automatically enrolled in the loyalty program starting 02.03.2026. Accumulated points can be viewed and redeemed exclusively through the Myiute app. For more details, see the program’s Terms and Conditions.
2. How can I earn Plus Points?
You can earn and accumulate Plus Points by meeting the terms and conditions of our special loyalty campaigns. Make sure you’ve given your consent for data use, enabled push notifications, and kept your contact information up to date so you’ll be among the first to hear about new campaigns.
All active campaigns are displayed on www.iute.md in the section Active Campaigns.

3. Can I earn Plus Points on loans taken out before 02.03.2026?
No. Plus Points are awarded only for eligible loans and transactions made after the program’s launch.
4. How and where can I use Plus Points?
You can use Plus Points to receive discounts on products or services offered by iute partners participating in the program. Plus Points can only be redeemed through the Myiute app.
5. Can I only use SuperMart vouchers for my points?
Currently, Plus Points can be redeemed for SuperMart vouchers. However, the program is constantly evolving, and new partners will soon be joining, giving you even more ways to use your Plus Points.
7. When are Plus Points credited to the account?
The timeframe for transferring Plus Points may vary depending on the type of campaign or eligible promotion. Check the details of active campaigns to find out the exact time frame during which the points will be transferred to your account.
8. How long are Plus Points valid for?
Points earned are valid for 12 months from the date they are earned.
9. Can Plus Points be transferred to another person or account?
No, Plus Points cannot be transferred to another person or account.
