Compania IuteCredit se află în proces de rebranding: acum și mai iute!

Uncategorized

Chisinau, … March: IuteCredit, the fastest non-bank lending institution in the Republic of Moldova, is undergoing a strategic transformation that will enable it to offer not only the financial services it has been providing for the past 15 years, but also to expand beyond the realm of loans.

IuteCredit, now even more “iute”, will offer a significantly broader range of financial services, covering an even wider spectrum of benefits: streamlined consumer financing, modern payment services, and a wider array of insurance products. The institution’s purpose and mission remain unchanged, but will be strengthened by creating an exceptional experience in the rapid financing of customers’ personal needs, exceeding their expectations not only in lending but also in various other financial needs.

Tarmo Sild, CEO of iute Group, says that the company he leads will no longer focus solely on lending, but will also address other personal finance needs. “We have already evolved into a fintech company that no longer specializes exclusively in providing loans, but also in consumer financing, various payment services, and insurance products.”

Explaining the challenges of the rebranding, Lasse Sool, Group Marketing Director, says the focus will be on updating the company’s online presence and its partner network. “The rebranding will be completed in the first half of 2024. Following these changes, our company will be even better represented by its name, inspired by our customers themselves—‘iute.’”

iute Moldova has consistently increased the level of digitization of all its services and the efficiency of its operational processes, which reduces the effort required for customers to access them; however, there is always room for improvement, according to Sergiu Sobuleac, CEO of iute Moldova. “The primary mission we have undertaken is to provide an available, instant, and streamlined response to credit applications submitted through simple identification. Now, however, it is extremely important not only to consolidate everything we have achieved but also to implement solutions that continuously improve in both quality and quantity for our customers. Financing and insurance services, as well as the diversification of payment services, are the general areas where our customers will see benefits in the very near future”, said Sergiu Sobuleac.

About iute Moldova: iute is part of Estonian Fintech, which operates in four European countries: Moldova, Albania, North Macedonia, and Bulgaria. iute Moldova, the fastest non-bank lending institution in the Republic of Moldova, is the first microfinance company to offer customers a network of ATMs, as well as the option to insure loans against accidents. iute’s reputation and customer support strategy has been and remains focused on the digitization of all services offered, with the fastest method of obtaining personalized loans being the Myiute. mobile app. Beyond its financing activities, iute Moldova is actively involved in community development through charitable and civic support initiatives.
