Here’s the challenge

You will lead a team of 8 Partner Relationship Managers and play an important role in defining our overall partner sales strategy.

Your profile

  • You have 5 or more years of experience in managerial position in partner sales or another sales field, preferable in financial or microfinance industry.
  • You are driven by challenging sales targets.
  • You take ownership at work; have a strong sense of initiative and you know how to motivate others effectively.
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • You are flexible, data-driven, self-motivated, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced scale-up environment.
  • You have a strong understanding of business priorities and can make strategic decisions accordingly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Stimulates partner sales growth by implementing new projects, organizing promotional campaigns, and conducting competitions for partner representatives.
  • Organize meetings and negotiations with top and mid-level partners to expand the customer portfolio.
  • Completes weekly, monthly, and annual analytical reports and provides proposals/suggestions for improving sales indicators.
  • Organizes the efficient activity of the Partner Relationship Managers and provides the necessary support.
  • Prepares reports with proposals and studies on the most effective methods for improving the sales program and promoting new products/services, based on market demands.
  • Provides recommendations for changes in products, services, and sales policies by evaluating current results and participates in their competitive development.
