Head of Loyalty

As the Head of Loyalty, your main mission will be to ensure effective communication of our program offerings and to deliver initiatives that strengthen customer loyalty while meeting sales and business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Tracking and supporting country sales and customer targets by executing the loyalty business plan
- Managing the P&L of the loyalty program, ensuring rewards stay within budget and the business case remains viable
- Continuously adjusting the reward structure and business case based on customer feedback and performance insights
- Executing customer communication initiatives as outlined in the loyalty marketing plan, using available customer communication tools
- Collaborating with the marketing team to launch loyalty-related campaigns, including social media and digital advertising
- Coordinating with commercial, finance, and customer experience teams to align strategies and reach program goals
- Monitoring competitors and market trends, generating campaign ideas with the commercial team, and negotiating with partners to deliver effective loyalty initiatives
- Measuring and reporting on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
- Analyzing market dynamics and customer behavior to support business development and innovation
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail finance or a related industry
- An organized, detail-oriented, and analytical mindset with strong Excel and data analysis skills
- Marketing communications expertise – ability to identify and use the most efficient channels for each campaign or initiative
- Market planning skills, including cost-benefit analysis of advertising and promotional activities
- Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management capabilities
- Experience in marketing campaign design and execution, with a focus on achieving customer and sales targets
- Strong English communication skills.
